Deploys a wallet with (signers, policies) as its constructor
arguments and returns its address. The salt is the SHA-256 of their
XDR, so the address commits to the wallet's signers: anyone may call
this, and a second deploy of the same arguments fails.
fn deploy(
env: soroban_sdk::Env,
signers: soroban_sdk::Vec,
policies: soroban_sdk::Map,
) -> soroban_sdk::Address
Pins the smart-account wasm, which must already be uploaded. There is no way to change it: a new wasm is a new factory.
fn __constructor(env: soroban_sdk::Env, account_wasm_hash: soroban_sdk::BytesN<32>)
Returns the address deploy creates for these arguments, whether or
not the wallet exists yet.
fn predict_address(
env: soroban_sdk::Env,
signers: soroban_sdk::Vec,
policies: soroban_sdk::Map,
) -> soroban_sdk::Address
